HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Montana State University-Northern announced on Monday that it recently received three donor gifts totaling $100,000 toward Phase 1 of their Sports Complex Project.
A press release says Russell and Jennifer Keller gave $50,000, John and Sara Eisenbarth contributed $25,000 and D.A. Davidson committed $25,000 towards the project.
In a statement, Chancellor Greg Kegel said, “This project has never just been about football, but about creating long-term positive impacts for the university and Havre community as a whole. The gifts from the Kellers, Eisenbarths, and D.A. Davidson show that our alumni, friends, and partners understand that and are excited about what the future holds for Northern.”
The total amount raised for Phase 1 of the project is now at nearly $2.6 million, just $450,000 short of funds required to begin construction this spring.
