(Havre) – Montana State University – Northern hosts its Fall Career Fair on Wednesday. Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services Maura Gatch gives us details on the number of employers and industries that will be represented. “We’re very excite this year, we have over fifty-five employers coming to campus in all sorts of industries. So, we have everything from our standard diesel and automotive employers to individuals who are looking for civil engineers to health care. So, we’re seeing the wide variety of industry come in who are looking for the quality of our student that we have.”
Gatch tells us why the MSU-Northern Career Fair is so attractive to employers. “I think it’s a mix of our academic programs. So, we have a lot of practical, hands-on academic programs. As well as the quality of our students. They’re hard workers, they have the general education foundation, so, they are well rounded thinkers, and they are also really good problem solvers.”
