MSU-Northern Rodeo Results – CNFR Day 3

The MSU-Northern rodeo teams embarked on a third day of competition at the 2024 College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, WY on Tuesday. Senior Mikenna Schauer and sophomore Kenda Statham took part and here are their results from the pre-performance session:

Schauer got going with Northwest College’s Jayson Carl in the team roping and turned in a 7.1 second time, which was good for a tie for eighth place. She also ended up getting her breakaway roping score of 2.2, which would have put her in the top-10, but she was assessed a 10-second penalty. She also tied a goat in 7.9 seconds.

For Statham, she also got a second go at the goat tying in which she beat her Northern teammate by .4 seconds, which earned her a 7.5.

The College National Finals Rodeo continues with more performances on Wednesday starting at 7pm
