(Havre) – A new four way stop is be erected by the City of Havre, in the St.Jude’s school, Lincoln=McKinley School and Pepin Park area. Havre Chief of Police Gabe Matosich (Matt-Oh-Sich) explains what this is a four way stop.
“The 4-way is going to be on 4th street and 7th avenue. That’s the intersection that has a lot of obstructions with the big trees and the houses and the schools and the park. So, that one it makes more sense to just make it a 4-way at that intersection.”
