There are many projects improving Fort Benton.
According to Scott Ort the Superintendent of Fort Benton Parks, Pools, and Streets the Fort Benton Pool will be getting new boilers, new showers, and the pool will be sand blasted and resealed. Currently the city is waiting on parts in order to complete that project.
The walking bridge in Fort Benton is also being re-decked approximately 200 boards have already been replaced.
Additionally, this year the City of Fort Benton plans to repave the walking trail next to the river going from the old bridge to Sunrise bluffs. Currently the city is waiting on grants in order to begin the project.
