Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rules in favor of HB 702.

(Helena) The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals today ruled that House Bill 702, which prohibits discrimination based on vaccination status, was erroneously shot down and should still be in effect.

The Ninth Circuit wrote in their official opinion that the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Occupational Health and Safety’s Act, and the Equal Protection Clause were all used as justification to invalidate House Bill 702, but that none of that legislation should have been ruled to do so.
