MALTA, Mont. — The Ranchers Stewardship Alliance has rescheduled the 2025 North Phillips County Ranch Tour for Tuesday, July 1st, following a weather delay earlier this month.
The full-day tour, hosted by local ranching families, will begin at 8:15 a.m. from the West Side Convenience Store in Malta, with the first stop at the Hammond/Lien Fossil Site.
The event emphasizes peer-to-peer learning and practical conversation rooted in local ranchers lived experience.
Tour highlights include visits to the Hammond and Murdock ranches, showcasing multi-generational operations focused on stewardship.
The event is free, with a suggested $40 donation to cover lunch.
