Havre, MT – Montana State University-Northern Rodeo travels to dillion on Friday, September 26, for their last fall competition.
Both the Lights and Skylights Rodeo teams have participated in three Rodeos so far and are looking to end the fall strong.
Head coach Duog Kellenberger said there are lot of bright spots on both teams so far this fall.
“The things I like the most is how well the women’s team is doing. Cayda Dodginghorse has had a tremendous three rodeos for us in the barrel racing. She is currently winning the region in barrel racing. Two of our freshmen, Cassie Gibson and Kenzie Kellenberger they both got points on the board as freshman so that’s great to see.” Said Kellenberger.
For the men’s team Kellenberger said he was impressed at how Tallen Cummins and Chance Three Irons in team roping have placed in every rodeo up to this point.
This weekend’s rodeo is Friday and Saturday in Dillion at Montana Western.
