Havre, MT – Sunday Havre Northstar baseball will be battling to start conference play 2-0 against the Lethbridge Lakers.
Northstar head coach Ben Mader told New Media Broadcaster sports what it will take to start conference with a pair of wins.
“Keys to the game are just being sound in the field. Lethbridge is usually pretty well coach, and they’ve got a really strong program up there. We need to be able to put ourselves in positions to be successful rather than depend on them to make errors.”
Game one at American Legion Field Sunday afternoon is set for 1p.m. Havre defeated the Lakers in four out of matchups last season.
