HILL COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – The Hill County Water District has announced that the notice to conserve that was issued in late July has been lifted.
This order had been applicable to all Hill County Water District users. The District serves the communities of Kremlin, Gildford, Hingham, Rudyard, Joplin and Inverness and has branch lines serving East Kremlin, North Hingham, South Hingham, North Rudyard, South Rudyard, North Joplin and North Inverness.
If drought like conditions continue on the Hi-Line, the District may implement a notice to conserve again if they need help to prevent their water storage tanks from becoming critically low.
