(Box Elder) One of the men accused of shooting TR Yallup and Darin Caplette to death in Box Elder earlier this year has pleaded guilty in Hill County District Court.
Angelo Sanchez pled guilty to one count of deliberate homicide on October 7th, as part of a plea agreement between the state and Sanchez’s lawyer.
Court documents detail that part of this agreement includes a sentence of 50 years to Montana State Prison with 25 years suspended, if this agreement is accepted by the court Sanchez will spend at least 25 years incarcerated.
