MISSOULA, Mont. — One person has died following a two-vehicle crash Monday morning near Missoula.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 10 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 93 and Hayes Creek Road.
Officials say a Toyota 4Runner was turning north onto the highway when it was struck by a southbound Toyota truck.
Both drivers were transported to St. Patrick’s Hospital, where the driver of the 4Runner later died.
Road conditions were dry, and the crash remains under investigation.
