HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – A fire reported early Thursday morning in Havre rendered an outbuilding a total loss.
Havre Fire Chief Mel Paulson says his department received a call of a fire at the 1100 block of 16th Street West shortly after 2 AM.
The outbuilding was a complete loss, but the detached home suffered minimal damage and no injuries were reported.
Firefighters were on the scene for about two hours, with 13 firefighters, two engines and an ambulance responding.
The cause of the fire is unknown, and the incident remains under investigation.
