(Havre) – The Hill County Park Board met in Regular Session on Monday August 4th. After handling cabin ownership transfers and site improvement requests, the board discussed the
happenings with Beaver Creek Lodge. Park superintendent Chad Edgar said that they have raised $450,000 towards the project already and are talking to other donors about initial support for
the new lodge building. Edgar also stated that they are working with the architect to finish the plans for the lodge, so they can receive accurate quotes from the general contractor and sub
contractors on the total cost of the project. The next meeting of the Hill County Park board with be on Monday September 8th.
