PLENTYWOOD, Mont. (NMB) – The Independent Record reports that a Plentywood man has pleaded not guilty based on allegations that he raped two developmentally disabled women.
Timothy Ray Marsh, 62, entered not guilty pleas to three counts of sexual intercourse without consent on Wednesday in Sheridan County District Court.
Marsh has bonded out of jail and is awaiting a trial set for February.
Court documents allege that the incidents happened in 2015 and 2018 while Marsh was a maintenance worker at Glenwood. Inc, which houses adults with developmental disabilities.
