(Helena) In 2023, the Montana WILD education center, run by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, set a record for total number of visitors.
The building on the west side of Helena welcomed just shy of 30 thousand guests, many of which were students visiting for educational field trips, as well as some 17 thousand drop-in visitors, the agency says.
Also in this announcement, the FWP says that in the year 2024, they want expand their programming via addition of an AmeriCorps member.
