Rocky Boy School Board Votes to Remain in Remote Learning for Now

ROCKY BOY, Mont. (NMB) – The Rocky Boy School Board held a special meeting on Wednesday and voted to continue in distanced learning for the near future.

Fearing a potential spike in COVID-19 cases after the holidays, the Board decided to remain in a remote learning model through at least the rest of the semester.

The Board will reconvene for another special meeting on January 13th to evaluate the status of COVID-19 in the community, and could decide to shift to a hybrid learning model beginning on January 25th, which is just a few days after the start of the next semester.

Rocky Boy has been in distanced learning since the start of the school year.
