(US Senate) U.S. Senator Steve Daines today joined Senators John Cornyn, Tommy Tuberville and Tim Scott at a press conference to announce the introduction of their bill, the “Justice for American Victims of Illegal Aliens Act.”
This legislation would codify President Trump’s Executive Order that subjects illegal aliens who kill an American citizen to the death penalty.
During the press conference, Senator Daines highlighted the story of an illegal immigrant from Mexico named Francisco Canales, who stabbed a 19-year-old boy to death in Bozeman, Montana.
Five other legislators also supported the bill.
