(Washington D.C.) – How is the 2025 spring wheat crop looking? United States Department of Agriculture Meteorologist Brad Rippey has the outlook for Montana.
“A little behind in Montana. Sixty-six percent headed, five-year average eighty-four percent. We are continuing to watch drought impacts for Montana Westward. The crop overall not looking so good. Fifty-two percent good to excellent, but sixteen percent very poor to poor.”
