After the passing of Havre Public Schools Superintendent Craig Mueller Brad Moore was appointed as the interim superintendent.
Now Interim Superintendent Brad Moore explains that Havre Public Schools has begun the process of a hiring a new superintendent for next year.
“We contracted with Montana School Boards Association to handle the process. That’s what they do. They do a national search, and they’ll guide the board of trustees on the process in selecting finalist, the interview process, helping develop questions, and the district has used their services before are familiar with it. It is very transparent and complete. It takes a lot of pressure off the board, so they just have to review the candidates, interview, and select the best candidate, and all that paperwork end is done by somebody else so it’s a good process that a lot of districts use every year, and we’re just putting together those pieces right now.”– Havre Public Schools Interim Superintendent Brad Moore
