Helena, MT – Prior to the Frontier Conference Tournament, the All-Conference teams were announced and MSU-Northern’s Canzas Hisbadhorse and Ciera Agasiva were selected.
Hisbadhorse, a 6-foot senior from Lame Deer Montana was honored as a member of the All-Conference first team. The Skylights senior led MSU-Northern in both scoring and rebounds all season with 13.7 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Hisbadhorse scored 371 points in 27 games during her senior campaign.
Ciera Agasiva was selected to the All-Conference second team in her first year as a Skylight. The junior guard and transfer from Peninsula College was a go to scorer and a top defender for the Skylights. Agasiva averaged 13.3 points per game while hauling in 3.4 rebounds and just over one steal per game.
The Skylights finished their season 17-12 overall and 12-10 in conference play after falling to Dakota State in the Frontier Conference tournament semifinal.
The Skylights just missed out on the NAIA National tournament.
