(Havre) The Vande Bogart Library is the home of MSU Northern’s Student and Community Winter Clothing Drive.
New Media Broadcasters spoke with Sarah Velk, Director of Vande Bogart Library, to ask more about what the drive hopes to accomplish.
“We want to make sure that students who might need warmer winter clothing for the cold season here have coats and hats and mittens and things they might need like that. We would like for students to come and claim items that folks have donated that are preferably freshly laundered and gently worn.”, she said. “That will be going through February 2nd. Anything that is not claimed by students will be donated to the Feed My Sheep Community Soup Kitchen”
