Veterans Can Sign Up for Benefits along Hi-Line in February

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – In February, Service Officers for Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting locations in our area to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. A press release says, those who are interested need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, the DD214’s, with them.

Next Wednesday, February 6th, they will be at the Toole County Courthouse in Shelby from 9:30 to 11:30 AM, then at the Glacier County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.

On Thursday, February 7th, they will be at the New Eagle Shield Building in Browning from 9 to 11 AM. On Friday the 8th, they will be at the Rocky Boy Vet Center from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.

On Wednesday February 13th, veterans can get assistance at the Glasgow VA Clinic from 1 to 4 PM. On Thursday, they will be at the Malta City Hall from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and at the IHS Conference Room in Fort Belknap from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.

They will be back through Shelby at the Courthouse from 9:30 to 11:30 AM on Wednesday, February 20th and at the Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.

The final February meeting date will be in Browning at the Eagle Shield Building from 9 to 11 AM.
