Wolf Point Man Pleads Guilty to Distributing Meth to Minor

WOLF POINT, Mont. — A Wolf Point man has pleaded guilty to distributing methamphetamine to a minor.

Prosecutors say 36-year-old Brickie Cole Jackson provided meth to a 16-year-old girl on multiple occasions in late 2023 and early 2024.

He faces up to 40 years in prison and a $2 million fine, with sentencing set for October 30th.

Jackson remains in custody.

The case was investigated by the FBI, Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice, and Wolf Point Police, and is part of the Project Safe Neighborhoods initiative.
