USBP Agents Arrest People from Many Countries throughout the Year

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – As a new fiscal year begins, Havre Sector Border Patrol agents reviewed the previous year’s apprehensions and the country of citizenship of those arrested.

A press release says those countries include Canada, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Georgia, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.

Havre Sector Deputy Chief Anthony S. Good said, “There are people out there that believe we only encounter citizens of Mexico in our duties. These arrests are an excellent example of the vigilance displayed on a daily basis by Havre Sector Border Patrol Agents.”
