
HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – An equipment malfunction on Monday morning caused an outage of services for all Charter Spectrum customers in Havre.
Bret Picciolo, Charter Spectrum’s Senior Director of Communications for the Northwest Region, said the outage lasted from approximately 3:30-8am and impacted internet, cable and telephone services.
In a statement, Picciolo added that, “the faulty equipment was replaced by our engineering team this morning and service has been restored. We apologize to any customers who have been impacted.”
