HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Service has been restored to Charter Spectrum customers in the Havre area, following an outage Wednesday morning.
Bret Picciolo, Charter Spectrum’s Senior Director of Communications for the Northwest Region, said damage to a third-party carrier’s fiber optic network was the cause of the outage, but he didn’t have any information as to what caused the damage. The outage affected internet, cable and telephone services.

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Damage to a third-party carrier’s fiber optic network has caused an outage of services for all Charter Spectrum customers in the Havre area on Wednesday.
Bret Picciolo, Charter Spectrum’s Senior Director of Communications for the Northwest Region, says crews are working to repair the damage, but they don’t know when the work will be finished and service restored. This outage is affecting internet, cable and telephone services.
