Bullock Appoints Locals to Statewide Boards and Committees

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – On Friday, Governor Steve Bullock announced another round of appointments to statewide boards, councils and committees.

Tom Neibur of Malta was re-appointed to the Montana Alfalfa Seed Committee. Neibur is a farmer in Phillips County and is actively engaged in the growing of alfalfa seeds and the rearing of alfalfa leaf-cutting bees.

Wendy Palmer of Raynesford was appointed to the Board of Livestock. Palmer is a cattle producer and owner and operator of Palmer and Shultz Cattle Ranch in Judith Basin County.

Gilles Stockton of Grass Range was also appointed to the Board of Livestock. Stockton is the owner and manager of a sheep and cattle ranch in Fergus County.

Brett DeBruycker of Dutton, who was already on the Board of Livestock, was appointed as Chair.
