HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – A Havre man has been arrested on initial charges he stole from residents of a retirement home where he worked as a maintenance employee.
Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich says Kevin Coleman was arrested last Thursday and was being held in the Hill County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
Matosich says he was arrested on suspicion of exploitation of the elderly and burglary, both felonies, and misdemeanor counts of theft an possession of drug paraphernalia.
A resident of the retirement home reported two guns were stolen from his locked apartment. A TV was also stolen from a common room at the home.
Matosich says that the items were recovered from a pawn shop.
