HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Havre affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) has moved into a new location.
The space is located on the third floor of the Atrium Mall, and NAMI Havre Chapter President Crystal Laufer says it is a major upgrade.
“It’s suite 408. It’s bigger and we love it. We will be able to run two classes at once, three if we have too. If somebody wants to do In Our Own Voice, we’ll be able to pull our In Our Own Voice team in while we’re also doing two other classes. Which is going to be quite awesome for us.”
Laufer encourages anyone interested to attend a virtual conference on December 8th from 12-1 PM, where the topic will be suicide prevention.
“It’s open to the public. If you go on NAMI Montana’s website and hit ‘conference webinars,’ you can watch the past ones that we’ve had and also the newer ones that are coming up.”
