HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – For the first time since 2019, Havre’s free Fourth of July Festival is back.

Organizer Cassie Denny says the event will begin at noon on Monday in Pepin Park and will feature a flag ceremony, the performance of the National Anthem, live music, and free hot dogs and sides.

“Everything is coming together. We’ve got a good group of volunteers. It looks good, it sounds like it’s going to be a really good time.”

The musicians/bands performing are Michael Bober, Derek Hann, and Rockin Folk.

Attendees are asked to bring their own chairs.

The event is expected to run until around 3 or 4 PM.
