TURNER, Mont. (NMB) – The city of Turner will be holding its 2nd annual “Big Flat Car Show and Fly in” this Saturday, July 23rd.
Events will begin at the Turner Airport at 7 AM with the “Fly In.” A car, tractor, and motorcycle show will commence in the morning at the 10 o’clock hour on Main Street. And there are plenty of other activities for people to enjoy.
Board of directors member of the Big Flat Grocery, Max Cederberg, gives a taste of some of the day’s events.
“We’re going to have things for the kids. A bouncy house, some water slides. We’re having a car show. We’ll start off in the morning with a Fly-In at the Turner Airport. And Lions breakfast starting at 7 AM.”
In addition to entertainment, there will be raffles and a silent auction. Any profits from the event will go back into next year’s event, explains Cederberg .
“The money that we bring in will go towards paying for the event for next year. Also, our Big Flat Community Development will get some money back on this.”
