(NMB) The Havre Blue Pony Volleyball team won their opening round match at the Eastern “A” Divisional tournament. A straight sets victory over Lockwood 25-12, 25-13 and 25-15. Havre had 9 service aces in the match, led by Liz Haney’s 2. Kyanna Jarvis, Molly Huse and Haney all had double digit digs. Jarvis was the team leader in kills with 8, Ariana Gary had 2 blocks and Huse had 28 assists. The Blue Ponies hit the court again Friday at 2:15 for a winner’s bracket match.
