There is an interesting program that strengthens Border Patrol in Montana. Acting Border Patrol Chief Jeffrey Dinise explains that program.
“We have a program called Operation Stone Garden. It’s a grant program where we actually pay the local sheriffs and police departments to help secure the border with us alongside.” -Acting Chief Dinise
He continues to explain the success of the program.
“It’s highly successful. The partnerships that we built because of this program just working together to really safeguard our communities here in the state of Montana, keeping the narcotics out, addressing the illegal migrant issue.” -Acting Chief Dinise
