(Havre) – The Montana Attorney General’s Office is charging a Montana man linked to the disappearance of Alicia Navarro, who had been found in Havre Montana July 23rd, with two counts of child sexual abuse from material found on his cell phone.
Edmund Davis is currently being held in the Hill County Detention center on a 1-million-dollar bond. The phone had dozens of images of suspected child sexual abuse material and was confirmed to belong to Davis.
He now faces a 100-year prison sentence25 of which may not be suspended or deferred on one of the two charges with a lifetime imprisonment with a minimum of 4 years on the other charge.
