(Billings) – A Billings woman accused of carjacking a vehicle while armed admitted to charges, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.
Talena Florence Boyiddle, 20, pleaded guilty to a superseding information charging her with carjacking and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. Boyiddle faces a maximum of 15 years in prison, a 250 thousand dollar fine and three years of supervised release on the carjacking crime and a mandatory minimum of five years to life in prison, consecutive to any other sentence, a 250 thousand dollar fine and three years of supervised release on the firearm charge.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan presided. A sentencing date will be set before U.S. District Judge Susan P. Watters. Boyiddle was detained pending further proceedings.
