The MSU Northern Skylight volleyball team took command of their ‘Pink Night’ Match Saturday night, defeating Rocky Mountain in four sets, 25-18, 25-11, 19-25, 25-19.
For the event raising awareness for breast cancer, four Skylights hit double figures in kills, headed up by 17 from Alana Graves. Macee Murphy and Jessalyn Chvilicek put down 14, and Alyssa Pretty Weasel added 10.
Emily Feller led assists with 29, coupled with 28 from Murphy. Murphy also put in 20 digs for the match, with Baily Egan contributing 18 and another 17 from Josie Hasler.
Graves racked up 19.5 of the Skylight points, Murphy dropped 18, Chvilicek added 15 points, and Pretty Weasel scored 11.
Northern will be back to the Armory Gym Thursday, October 24, when they host Montana Tech. The conference matchup is scheduled for 7p.
