MILES CITY, Mont. — One person is dead and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 12 near mile marker 36 in Custer County.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, a Chevrolet Monte Carlo crossed the center line and collided head-on with a Chevrolet Equinox around 8:20 a.m. on June 12th.
The 71-year-old male driver of the Monte Carlo, from Billings, was pronounced dead at the scene.
One passenger in the Monte Carlo, also from Billings, as well as two people in the Equinox, from Baker, were taken to Holy Rosary Healthcare.
Speed and alcohol are suspected as contributing factors.
