Missoula, MT – The 2025 spring sports season saw major team success for University of Montana athletics, but exceptional individual strides were made in the form of 93 Grizzly spring athletes earning Academic All-Big Sky conference honors.
The 93 honoree’s led the Big sky with only Idaho state(90) and Weber State(86) being the only other schools to surpass the 70-mark. The following is a list of how many Academic All-Big Sky earners each team secured.
Men’s Tennis – 8 Honors (highest total in league for the sport).
Women’s Tennis – 5 Honors.
Men’s Track and Field – 27 Honors (highest total in league for the sport).
Women’s Track and Field – 31 Honors.
Women’s Golf – 6 Honors.
Softball – 16 Honors.
All Honorees reached or exceeded athletic participation and performance in their respective sport as well as acquiring a 3.2 cumulative GPA or better to achieve Academic All-Big Sky honors.
