Bozeman, MT – Over the past three seasons the Big Sky Conference has awarded a member schools athletic program as the conference Team Academic Champions, Montana State University Women basketball have secured this honor for the 2024-2025 athletic calendar.
The award is given to the highest academically preforming team across all sponsored sports. The team finished with a league high 3.73 grade point average or GPA. The bobcats were also excellent on the court winning last seasons big sky conference regular season title.
12 out of the 15 players earned Big Sky All Academic honors as part of a team that finished No.14 in the country in team GPA. the 2024-25 season become the seventh time MSU women’s basketball has cracked the top 15 in team GPA.
