Havre, Mt – Skylights basketball will look for a win in their season opener at home Saturday.
The Skylights look different this year in both personal and play style.
Northern will take the Texas A&M San Antonio Jaguars on Saturday and coach Mouat says there are multiple keys both offensively and defensively for his Skylights to claim victory.
“Handling full court pressure, the coach from Texas A&M San Antonio is a good friend of mine. I know his style, I know how they are gonna play they are going to play. They are going to be 94ft of pressure in multiple different types of presses, so we’ve got to get ready for the full court stuff, if we can get them into a half-court game I like our chances.” Mouat said referring to his offense.
Defensively for coach Mouat, he said the Jaguars have not played yet so he and his staff will face a quick scout Saturday morning to prepare.
