Chinook, MT – After a Win Thursday night over Cut Bank at home, head coach of the Sugarbeeters Jill Barta is headed home to do battle with Fairfield Saturday afternoon.
Coach Barta won four straight state titles at Fairfield High School before playing college basketball. Now it’s homecoming for the first-year head coach, who said she excited for her return.
“You know I think it’s going to be fun. It’s going to be the same people in the crowd.” Barta said with a chuckle before continuing. “Fairfield’s competitive we’re competitive so I’m excited to see what we throw at each other.”
