Havre, MT – Havre High senior, and basketball star, Ariana Gary has battled through adversity in her final season as a Blue Pony.
Gary missed six games through the month of January due to injury. Gary told New Media Broadcasters that it was hard to sit out but she has been filled excitement.
“I missed a few games, and it sucked watching my team play without me. They still did really good, I’m really proud of how they did, but now that I’m back I’m really excited to play and work our way to a state championship.” Gary said.
The Blue Ponies are 8-1 with Gary on the floor but are 13-2 on the season and 5-0 in conference play with their only losses at Hardin and at Billings Central.
