Havre, MT – Despite being shorthanded for half of the season, Havre High Blue Pony girls’ basketball has finished the regular season at 16-2 and 8-0 in conference to secure the one seed out of the Northeast.
Blue Pony head coach Tommy Brown says that finish speaks to the character of his team.
“I think it shows a lot about their character. Having the confidence in the next girl up. Just really proud of those girls to fight through those moments, and you know who they are kind of reflects what our record looks like.” Coach Brown Said.
The Blue Ponies await their opponent in the divisional tournament next week.
