(Havre) With the spring season here, the City of Havre is reminding property owners about nuisance weeds. The City of Havre Code Title 9, Chapter 6 states:
“nuisance weeds” shall mean all weeds, grass, wild vegetation, and other uncared for vegetation growing to a height in excess of eight inches (8″). The property
owner has 10 days from the mailed notice from the city to bring the area into compliance, or crews will be dispatched to bring the area into compliance at the cost of
