(Havre) – The 2026 Bear Paw Marathon has a new finish line at Pepin Park in Havre. This course change has necessitated some street closures during the race. There will be four controlled intersections where residents can cross the course. City of Havre Public Works Director Trevor Mork explains where these will be.
“The first one is going to be at Bullhook Drive Southeast and 5th avenue, right there by Rod’s Drive In. There will be another one at 13th Street along Sunnyside School. 9th street abd 6th avenue below the skate park as well as the one near the finish line at 6th street and 6th avenue just down the street from DQ.”(Dairy Queen)
