(Havre) – The City of Havre Public Works Department is starting to grade alleys. Trevor Mork, City of Havre Public Works Director offers some tips on how you can assist the city in this process.
“We are trying to get out there and grade some alley. One difficulty that we have been facing is some crowded right of way space. General rule of thumb, it is a twenty foot right of way from utility poles across the alley way. We want to keep vehicles out of that area for the safety and protection of your private property.”
