Havre, MT – Montana State University-Northern rodeo ended their season in June at the National College Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming. Three of those Northern rodeo competitors are returning for another year with the Lights and Skylights.
MSU-Northern Rodeo head coach Doug Kellenberger shared with NMB Sports who those three returners are.
“We’ve got three regional champions, we got Cayda Dodginghorse in the barrel racing that’s returning back for their junior year. Then Talen Cummins and Chance Threeirons are coming back for team roping. They were regional champions last year and ones a junior and ones a senior.”
“It’s nice to have leadership back and ones that have won the region before, it’s nice to have them back again this year.” Kellenberger said.
Lights and Skylights rodeo will saddle up for their fall season opener in Cody, Wyoming this Friday and Saturday.
