(Washington, D.C.) – Merck Animal Health, known as MSD Animal Health outside of the United States and Canada, a division of Merck & Co., Inc. is voluntarily recalling three batches of BANAMINE® and BANAMINE®-S 50 milligrams/milliliters in the United States, used for injection in cattle, swine and horses to the consumer level.
This recall is due to the presence of particulate matter being found in the injections.
The batches recalled are BANAMINE 100mL batch 2834102, BANAMINE 250mL batch 2864102, and BANAMINE-S 100mL batch 2834103.
