(Teton County) A grizzly bear was euthanized Monday after a cattle depredation on private land along the Rocky Mountain Front.
Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks say they had previously captured the bear and attached a radio collar to it, identifying the bear as a young male grizzly weighing around 375 pounds.
It was relocated at that time by the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and with that in mind the US Department of Agriculture’s Wildlife Services euthanized the bear on March 25th.
